Pneumatic Ball Valve Series Screw Thread Stainless Steel Plastic Material Two Way Three Way L-type T-type Pneumatic Ball Valve

The working principle of a pneumatic ball valve is as follows:

1. Valve Opening: Air enters the pneumatic actuator through the controller, driving the piston inside the actuator. This rotates the connected stem, turning the ball 90° to the fully open position, allowing the medium to flow through.

2. Valve Closing: When the air supply changes direction or is released, the actuator's spring or air pressure pushes the piston in the opposite direction, driving the stem and ball to rotate 90° to the closed position, stopping the medium flow.

3. Features:

   • Fast action, suitable for frequent operation.
   • Excellent sealing, ideal for tight shut-off.
   • Can integrate with electrical control systems for automated control.

Widely used for flow control and shut-off of gases, liquids, and granular media.

 

Double action There is no spring inside the double acting pneumatic actuator. When the air source is lost, the cylinder remains in place(FL)

Operating Principle.

A ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball to control flow through it. It is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's status. The shut position 1/4 turn could be in either CW or CCW direction.

BALL VALVES BY BODY STRUCTURE

One Piece Ball Valve (1PC)

The body is formed from a single body piece in a one-piece ball valve. The ball is permanently fixed within the valve body, and the ends are threaded or welded. One-piece ball valves are compact and cost-effective, commonly used in applications with lower pressure and smaller sizes.

Two Piece Ball Valve (2PC)

This type of ball valve consists of two separate pieces connected with thread or bolts. The body is divided into two halves, allowing easy access to the internal components, including the ball and seats. Two-piece ball valves are commonly used in applications requiring regular maintenance or inspection.

 

Three Piece Ball Valve (3PC)
