Product Description

90° union elbow

  This 90° union elbow is a three-piece detachable pipe fitting precision cast from grade 304 stainless steel, both ends designed with internal female threads. Equipped with a rotatable hexagonal union nut and PTFE sealing gasket inside, it achieves tight leak-proof connection.
It adopts 90-degree curved structure to change pipeline flow direction. The union design allows quick disassembly without cutting pipes, greatly simplifying pipeline installation, inspection and maintenance. Thread options include BSPP/G and NPT, covering common sizes from 1/4" to 2".
304 stainless steel provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for water, compressed air, natural gas, light oil, beverage and mild acid & alkali media. Smooth inner surface effectively reduces fluid resistance. Its nominal working pressure reaches PN16, applicable temperature range is -20℃ ~ 120℃. Widely used in domestic water supply, gas piping, HVAC, water treatment equipment and light industrial fluid delivery systems.
